Job Context:
∎ TMSS LPG Ltd. is currently looking for a Deputy Manager, Sales Distribution to develop and implement strategies and policies to smoothly distribute TMSS LPG Ltd.`s products/services and effectively manage all aspects of the business.
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for various LP Gas products, aligning with company objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Planning and organizing the delivery schedule in collaboration with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery for customer satisfaction, loyalty and enhanced service quality.
∎ Lead and manage the distribution team (distribution staff and logistics personnel) providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities in the LP Gas sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Drive sales growth for 12 Kg, 35 Kg, and 45 Kg LPG Cylinders, Refill cylinders, LPG Tanks, and Bulk LP Gas by setting clear sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking corrective actions as needed.
∎ Cross-functional coordination.
∎ Manage the sales and distribution budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective operations with fleet management and resource allocation.
∎ Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock of LP Gas products, balancing supply and demand effectively.
∎ Generate regular reports on distribution performance, distribution efficiency, inventory levels, and market insights. Provide real-time updates to the senior management.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations, safety standards and company policies in the LP Gas sector.
∎ Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and branding activities to enhance market visibility and product awareness.
∎ Explore opportunities for expanding the company's presence in different market segments within Bangladesh.
∎ Develop contingency plans and effectively manage crises or emergencies related to sales and distribution operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Distribution in relevant industry.
∎ Experience in relevant areas.
∎ Creative problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent presentation skills.
∎ Operating knowledge in SAP SD module.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
