Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Create and implement sales strategies, route plan and lead the sales forces effectively.
∎ Prepare and manage to achieve monthly, annual sales target through effective planning and leadership.
∎ Prepare monthly performance report regularly.
∎ Arrange meeting and discussion sessions with doctors, key opinion leaders and other stake holders.
∎ Lead the ground sales team through regular visit with doctors, hospitals and corporate houses.
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Planning, budgeting, and execution of all marketing and branding related activities.
∎ Identify new and innovative media strategies and contribute to creative marketing campaigns.
∎ Regularly keeping track on the competitors and change taking place in diagnostic business.
∎ Identify new market opportunities, creative value proposition, and adapt innovative market entry.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and addressing them efficiently.
∎ Report to management team and implement company vision through integrated communication tool.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Good communication skills, Hard Working, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Negotiation Skills, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product placement in Bangladesh Government & Private sectors, pursue tenders, build spec
∎ Set up sales target and achieve accordingly
∎ Co-ordination of sales team activities, daily visits, tender processes
∎ Executes periodical market trend analysis
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office to enhance team building spirit
∎ Hiring and training sales associates
∎ Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
∎ Handle complaints from customers
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
∎ Ambitious, smart and Self-confident with strong verbal command
∎ Well-groomed (Must be clean-shaved, sharp haircut), corporate attire: Suited
∎ Good family background
∎ Driving skill will be an edge for the candidate
∎ Excellent command over English writing/ speaking

Salary: Negotiable
