Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in M. Pharm, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manufacturing business, Phamaceutical Products Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all line activities for production which includes: Dispensing of raw materials, crushing and sieving operation, blending operation, pouch filling and sealing, packaging and transfer of finished products to store.
∎ Review BMR, BPR, SOP and validation documents according to requirement and keeping good liaison with all production employees.
∎ Maintain liaison with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Distribution, Store, Administration and Accounts Department for smooth production.
∎ Monitor all utility service necessary for production, implementing GMP, timely availability of all raw and packaging materials.
∎ Maintain a congenial atmosphere and good relationship with the union representatives / CBA.
∎ Evaluate performance and allocate job for Production Executives & Officers.
∎ Assist in preparing annual budget, facilitate financial audit for production & conduct training related activities for the employees.
∎ Maintain ISO standard and keep required documents.
∎ Prepare various production and other reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Excellent Leadership and people management skills
∎ Problem solving, planning, Decision making skills
∎ Ability to analyze and work independently
∎ Excellent Communication skill both in English & Bengali
∎ Proficient in computer operation

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
