∎ 2. **Quality and Compliance**:
∎ - Ensure that production processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
∎ - Coordinate with the quality assurance (QA) team to address any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues.
∎ 3. **Process Optimization**:
∎ - Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement process enhancements to reduce waste, lower costs, and increase output.
∎ - Monitor and control production parameters to ensure product consistency and quality.
∎ 4. **Team Supervision and Development**:
∎ - Supervise production staff, provide guidance and training, and manage team performance.
∎ - Ensure adherence to safety standards and motivate the team to follow protocols.
