Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hire and onboard training service providers by preparing Terms of reference, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
∎ Update and maintain the website as per project requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to analyze learner demand, balance supply, and plan effective acquisition strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the research team to improve training quality, identify new trade opportunities, and address ongoing training issues.
∎ Track budgets and expenditures, ensuring proper allocation of resources and preparing financial reports.
∎ Coordinate with the call center team for onboarding new learners and ensure consistent, learner-focused communication.
∎ Prepare operational plans and quarterly/yearly performance reports to achieve project goals and improve outcomes. Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ BRAC Institute of Skills Development Online (BRAC ISD Online) offers online skills training to Bangladeshi youth aged 18-35, focusing on disadvantaged and marginalized individuals with at least an HSC or equivalent education. Launched in November 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, BRAC ISD online aims to empower youth through skills development and decent employment opportunities. The program provides quality, on-demand training in high-demand occupations, including IT-based and soft skills, accessible from home to learners across all socioeconomic backgrounds. Collaborating with Training Service Providers like Anudip Foundation, Creative IT Institute, Ostad Limited, and Mentor's, BRAC ISD online has graduated over 9,000 learners as of October 2024. The initiative assists graduates in connecting with job opportunities and income-generating activities, offering post-course support to facilitate freelancing employment and soft-skills development.
