Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor outlets’ operation to ensure satisfactory cut service.
∎ Manage SOP development and implementation, product management, inventory, cost control and sales projections
∎ Ensure outlet based business promotion including corporate visits
∎ Monitor operation and outlets’ maintenance work
∎ Ensure training of new and existing team members for effective service
∎ Contribute to research and development for new products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated understanding about restaurant and/or coffeehouse chain operations
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ Ability to manage stakeholders
∎ People leadership and coordination
∎ Customer orientation
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
