Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Head chef to look at overall management also control of the kitchen department.
∎ Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
∎ Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high standards in the quality of food as well as preparation and presentation.
∎ Follow-up on all team performance effectively disciplines underperforming staff as well as provides coaching & counseling, motivating staff to go the extra mile.
∎ Control food costs by training kitchen staff on the proper method of food presentation and handling.
∎ Follow up daily food orders based on scheduled events and projected level of business.
∎ Conducting regular inspections in the kitchen area.
∎ Ensure all communication between FOH and BOH runs a smooth operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
∎ Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
