∎ Develop innovative new menus tailored to meet the needs of our business
∎ Train and develop our talented culinary team to uphold our high standards of excellence.
∎ Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
∎ Collaborate with our Supply Chain Management team to source the finest ingredients and uphold our standards of quality.
∎ Oversee all culinary aspects of new store openings, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent quality.
∎ Work closely with our Marketing Department to bring international plans to life through innovative culinary offerings.
∎ Create mouthwatering new recipes while collaborating with our Accounts Team to ensure cost-effectiveness.
