Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skillfully prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and drip coffee, according to established recipes and standards.
∎ Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations when requested.
∎ Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times, including the coffee equipment, and customer seating areas.
∎ Ensure the consistency and quality of coffee and beverages by following standard preparation procedures and adhering to food safety guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee blends and brewing methods.
∎ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
∎ Flexible to work in a variety of shifts.
∎ Positive attitude and Good communication skills.
