Responsibilities & Context:

This role is exclusively for Gloria Jean's Coffees:

• Develop innovative new menus tailored to meet the needs of our business.

• Train and develop our talented culinary team to uphold our high standards of excellence.

• Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with our Supply Chain Management team to source the finest ingredients and uphold our standards of quality.

• Oversee all culinary aspects of new store openings, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent quality.

• Work closely with our Marketing Department to bring international plans to life through innovative culinary offerings.

• Create mouthwatering new recipes while collaborating with our Accounts Team to ensure cost-effectiveness.
