Responsibilities & Context:

Develop innovative new menus tailored to meet the needs of our business.
Train and develop our talented culinary team to uphold our high standards of excellence.
Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with our Supply Chain Management team to source the finest ingredients and uphold our standards of quality.
Oversee all culinary aspects of new store openings, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent quality.
Work closely with our Marketing Department to bring international plans to life through innovative culinary offerings.
Create mouthwatering new recipes while collaborating with our Accounts Team to ensure cost-effectiveness.
