Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

∎ To gather data from various sources within the same industry
∎ To maintain and update databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
∎ To maintain & record cash & bank transactions, proper records for office expenses, track due payments and ensure payment as needed
∎ To make reports of sales and distribution as per management requirements. Prepare daily & monthly management reports for analysis
∎ To collect information regarding competitors’ market share, consumption, and rate
∎ To prepare daily performance report on orders, payments & deliveries and district wise market information report collection & analysis
∎ To analyze financial and non-financial information and prepare multifarious management reports
∎ To prepare monthly, periodic, and annual financial statements, regulatory reports, network reports, and other relevant reports
∎ To render supports for ledger reconciliations and ensures the accuracy of data
∎ To co-operate with external auditors /statutory auditors and other regulatory authorities for completion of all audits/inspections
∎ To participate in different types of financial projection/forecasting and ratio analysis activities
∎ To undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor
∎ To perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
∎ To monitor marketing initiatives or events to increase brand recognition
∎ To participate in putting marketing strategies into action
∎ To conduct and coordinate field work in all districts of the country
