Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's / Master's in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. Candidates having Bachelor's / Master's in Marketing/ Public Administration will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively identifying fundraising opportunities for BRAC-ISD (BRAC Institute of Skills Development) and assisting in the development of business plans, proposals, tender documents, etc. accordingly
∎ Ensuring yearly sales revenue target is achieved by fulfilling quarterly sales revenue target and quarterly student admission target and ensuring the fulfillment of students for both free and paid courses as per the target given by the line manager
∎ Monitoring the promotional and marketing activities conducted at the field level to reinforce the learner collection process
∎ Ensuring admission fees from learners are collected and all due are paid before providing certification
∎ Regularly monitoring learner attendance, preventing learner dropouts and ensuring graduation
∎ Developing strategies and interventions to contribute towards branding, image building, and marketing of BRAC-ISD
∎ Developing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on project's needs
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3- 5 years' work experience in sales and marketing is required. Previous experience in sales and marketing in TVET (Technical and vocational education and training) sector will get preference
∎ Knowledge in business management
∎ Understanding on the socio-economic context of the country
∎ Knowledge in TVET and education system
∎ Knowledge in media, communication system and procedures
∎ Competencies on ATL, BTL, Digital Media and Social Media Marketing
∎ Ability to implement marketing activities at the field level
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
