Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To follow up fabrics inspection, blanket, shade segregation, fabric shrinkage test & P.O wise country plan making, shrinkage group wise pattern for size set.
∎ To maintain and follow up line plan wise 1st Size set making, (shrinkage group wise), before & after wash measurement checking and adjust pattern according to after wash measurement then give cutting permission 300pcs as test cutting .
∎ To attend PE meeting with work study dep., Maintenance dept., and technical and production responsible person.
∎ To ensure all technical issue, product safety issue, children safety issue & Quality issues.
∎ To arrange PP meeting with Buyer responsible and concerned QA including all related dept. responsible for particular line as per line plan.
∎ To collect approved sample, trims card and related papers/documents from MR.
∎ To follow up line layout and ensure SOP as well as confirm workmanship as per approved Sample.
∎ To give Bulk production permission after confirming workmanship and measurement based on floor size set & batch wash.
∎ To arrange meeting with all line QC & QC discussion & set goal about Quality issues and maintaining SOP. Discus defective points of previous day with production and quality responsible person.
∎ To offer Initial/ Pilot run, Production samples/ TOP samples, arrange shade band to get approval & GPT samples,
∎ To ensure finishing safety issues, follow up after wash measurements, after wash goods mold status.
∎ To attend and review Inline inspection, pre- final inspection and Final inspection.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
