Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling planning related operations of 100% export oriented Knit garments factory.
∎ Making TNA Chart on monthly basis of all confirmed garment orders for Textile (Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing- Start and completion dates with Daily requirement for meeting Garments shipment Date), and Garments Production (Setting Cutting production plan, Line Loading Plan, Finishing Plan) to meet on-time shipment schedule, Ensure smooth supply-chain in Garments Production.
∎ Regular communication and meetings with concerned Dept. of a Knit composite factory like Coordination, Knitting, Dyeing, AOP, Garments Production, Fabric Store, Cutting, Placement Printing, Sewing, Finishing as per Garments Daily and Monthly Line Loading Plan and Delivery Dates.
∎ Target Setting, Working closely with IE Team to ensure maximum efficiency to meet timely finished fabric delivery, Cutting Production, Sewing Line production, Finishing Output, On-Time Inspection and Delivery Dates.
∎
∎ Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Verify capacity, loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Reviewing production schedules, engineering specification, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
∎ Report Monthly to Management of Achieved production in Terms Cutting, Stitching, and Finishing and Shipment quantity.
∎ Conduct daily and weekly fabric and production meeting & continuous follow-up of every confirmed order.
∎ Any other relevant job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to make Production planning for Garments factory independently.
∎ Have to maintain overall production monitoring and delivery closing.
