∎ B.SC on IT/CSE and Academically
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNP, CCENT, CCNA RS, MCSA, MS 365
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration:
∎ Select, configure, and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, AP’s, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, QoS) in Local & Branch Offices LAN/WAN, VCN at OCI etc.
∎ Develops and maintains technical documentation, Enforce IT Policies where applicable in terms of Network Infrastructure and Network Security.
∎ Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
∎ Running operations for disaster recovery and backups of data where possible/applicable.
∎ Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s IT security policies.
∎ Monitoring:
∎ Monitor and evaluate performance and ensure system availability and reliability to identifies areas that need to be improvement or adjustment
∎ Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
∎ Maintain and analysis Various System/Network Log and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting on that to HoD.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for Update/Upgrade/Problem resolution etc.
∎ Support:
∎ Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
∎ Running operations for disaster recovery and backups of data where possible/applicable.
∎ Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware, software, and other issues affecting the network and device.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Communication skills discuss issues with employees and vendors and provide prompt follow up.
∎ Advance problem solving skills
∎ Ability work under pressure
∎ To think strategically and propose network policies to prevent reoccurring and fordable issues
∎ Proven experience in a network administrator role
∎ Hands on experience in networking, routers and switches in a large local area network (LAN) environment connected to the cloud.
∎ Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
∎ Have worked with vendors in past LAN upgrade projects
∎ Managing the different stakeholders and Leader ship skill among the GIS (General Infrastructure Support) team
∎ Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
