∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University with good academic results.

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Organize staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
∎ Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
∎ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
∎ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
∎ Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
∎ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
∎ Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
∎ Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, Planning and time management skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Hands on Experience in local laws & rules regulations.
∎ Should possess excellent people management skills.
∎ Should possess multitasking ability.
∎ Strong negotiator & decision maker.
∎ Experience in different compliance audit facing (e.g.) Accord, Alliance, ISO, WRAP, BSCI & OEKO-Tex.
