∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Maintenance, Operation Maintenance, TanneryFootwear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to lead a maintenance team
∎ Capability to prepare & execute preventive maintenance plan to minimize breakdown time
∎ Assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of all mechanical, electrical systems and any other related equipment
∎ Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff
∎ Maintain effective energy management and preventive maintenance programs
∎ Assign departmental employees to make necessary mechanical installations and repairs
∎ Coordinate production and maintenance requirement and plan accordingly
∎ Set up monitoring plans for predicting equipment problem
∎ Regularly update the management on plant status
∎ Develop effective plans & procedures to provide effective maintenance and utility related support to the required arenas
∎ Prepare yearly and monthly maintenance plan and budget and control maintenance cost within this budget
∎ Reduce the mechanical & electrical breakdown to achieve the target production quantity
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned breakdown and repairs
∎ Coordinate & follow up with spare parts section for import/ modification repair and development
∎ Develop, maintain and update maintenance procedures for all machines and equipment
∎ Provide technical support to concerned department during abnormalities and trouble-shooting
∎ Prepare periodical inspection report in all instruments and machinery
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about machinery & accessories
∎ Pro-active and result oriented
∎ Excellent leadership quality
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, dynamic and honest
∎ Ability to perform under pressure and meet the deadline
