Job Context:
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months.
∎ Permanent after successful probation period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Management:
∎ Develop and execute financial strategies and policies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
∎ Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Fund Arrangement:
∎ Arrange funds for both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenses (OPEX) through appropriate channels including banks, financial institutions, or capital markets.
∎ Evaluate financing options and recommend the most suitable financing solutions based on the company's needs and financial position.
∎ Financing Proposals and Documentation:
∎ Prepare comprehensive financing proposals and associated documents, ensuring compliance with the requirements of financial institutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development and accurately represent the financial needs and strategies of the company.
∎ Bank Relationship Management:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate financing and banking operations.
∎ Stay informed about current banking norms, regulations, and market conditions to ensure compliance and optimal financial arrangements.
∎ Negotiations:
∎ Negotiate financing rates, terms, and conditions with banks to secure favorable financial arrangements that align with the company's financial objectives.
∎ Advocate for the company's interests during financial negotiations, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
∎ Compliance and Regulatory Understanding:
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations, and standards applicable to the company's operations and financing activities.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and banking practices to adapt strategies and processes accordingly.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ The personnel are responsible for overseeing and managing the financial management and treasury operations of the company.
∎ This includes arranging funds for both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenses (OPEX), preparing financing proposals and documents, completing necessary documentation with banks, effectively communicating with financial institutions, and negotiating favorable financing rates and terms.
∎ The Finance Manager should possess a clear understanding of banking norms, regulations, and ideally have banking experience.
