Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage BNICL (Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited) portfolios.
∎ Follow up the operational activities of MCML (Meghna Capital Management Limited), MAML (Meghna Asset Management Limited) & MFML (Meghna Fund Management Limited).
∎ Look after all compliance-related regulatory issues such as BSEC, CDBL, and DSE.
∎ Maintain and prepare all external (BSEC, DSE, Bangladesh Bank) and internal reports.
∎ Maintain the Petty cash of MCML, MAML, and MFML.
∎ Prepare the investment plan and analysis.
∎ Prepare the business strategy, budgeting, and financial projection and ensure IPO-related activities.
∎ Follow up of BSEC and CDBL bill & annual fees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on rules, regulations, laws, by-laws, ordinances, reporting and compliance of regulatory authorities related to this field,
∎ In depth knowledge in finance, stock market analysis and investment market,
∎ Business oriented problem-solving aptitude,
∎ Strong knowledge on capital market business/ industry and the related customers.
