HR and compliance, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
∎ Liaise with other functional/departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes, and achievements.
∎ Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers, and staff within the organization.
∎ Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the Management.
∎ Conduct employee's performance appraisal based on KPI. Maintain and develop KPI dashboard on a quarterly basis.
∎ Planning and organizing talent development initiatives.
∎ Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement and worked as PIP Project.
∎ Developing SMART performance targets (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
∎ Managing effective performance management system.
∎ Assisting in developing organizational policies and SOP’s.
∎ Prepare & various HR reports and metrics as per department heads requirement like, monthly HR report, HR dashboard, and HR automation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Complete understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, Amendment 2013 & 2018 and Rules 2015
∎ Top proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio & Excel)
∎ Experience with latest information technologies and it's best practices.
∎ Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and communication skill to route on all levels of management.
∎ Proven Leadership skills, Team building, and Management skills.
∎ Exceptional Analytical, Root-Cause-analysis, and Decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficient and experienced with Dashboard Preparation, SMART KPI, MS Excel and Power-point.
∎ Good knowledge of labor law and HR functions
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities
∎ Solid communication skills
