∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ MBA in HRM/ PGDHRM from BIM & experience will be treated as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control daily HR-related Issues - Attendance, Leave, etc.
∎ Maintained & prepare daily / weekly/ monthly working roster. (3 shift).
∎ Assisting senior authority regarding HR Department related issue.
∎ Preparation of all documents related to recruitment, Screen CV as per job profile, Interview coordination, selection, employment, probation, evaluation, promotions, postings, etc.
∎ Issuing appointment letter & employee orientation
∎ Assist in developing and updating various HR templates/formats/drafts / internal memos etc.
∎ Maintaining payroll, attendance, leaves, compensation & benefits
∎ Maintained and updated new recruited workers & staff file with maintaining a register
∎ Follow up & updated legal record & documents.
∎ Logistic support to the management.
∎ Solving the grievance of workers & intersection by sharing management.
∎ Communication with inter section
∎ Ensure and updated all documents of personal file
∎ Maintained and updated Resign & closed the file with maintaining registered.
∎ Disciplinary Action related jobs as per management instruction.
∎ Follow up company's Policy and procedure
∎ Follow-up & ensure departmental requisition
∎ Maintain medical center management
∎ Maintain worker & employee emergency Treatment system
∎ Maintain worker & employee emergency flow-up Treatment system
∎ Maintain worker & employee Treatment information system.
∎ Capable to control an emergency situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skill in Microsoft package; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowing advance excel formulas will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Compensation & Benefits, Core HR Knowledge, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Motivation, Recruitment & Selection, Training & development.
∎ Payroll management system.
∎ Sound knowledge in BD Labor Law & Labor Rules with related other industrial law & rules.
