Job Context:
∎ SS Power I Ltd. a joint venture company (JVC) between S. Alam Group of Bangladesh and Chinese companies, SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Limited (SEPCOIII in short) and HTG Development Group Co., is one of the largest investments ever in the power sector of Bangladesh by any Private Company with the intent of providing sustainable and reliable power supply to the Country to attain self-sufficiency and meet its developmental needs. SS Power I Ltd is currently executing the 2 x 660 MW Coal fired Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Banskhali near Chittagong on a Build, Own and Operate Model. We are looking for an HR Professional to fill up the position of Manager (HR & Admin).
∎ Job Location: Initially at Dhaka Head Office and Permanently at Banskhali, Chattogram Site Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in formulate Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and actively involved in driving Company's OD agenda.
∎ Drive Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
∎ Assist in formulation HR Policies & Procedures on the basis of best practices.
∎ Updating JD with appropriate KRA & KPI.
∎ Drive recruitment & selection process based on manpower planning.
∎ Drive Training Needs Assessments as and when required.
∎ Assist in handling HR Operational issues in efficient manner.
∎ Assist in handling Employee Relations matters in efficient and effective manner.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in a large operation.
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law is preferable.
