Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Economics/ Development Economics/ Development Studies/ International Relations/ Public Administration/ Sociology/ Management/ International Development or any other related subject from a recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Innovate and drive the total process of project design including conceptualisation, design, writing and editing funding proposals
∎ Ensure tracking of possible fundraising streams from governmental and major institutional partners
∎ Mandatory Safeguarding responsibilities for all BRAC employees-
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years' experience in developing funding proposals for a local or international development organisation
∎ Basic knowledge on developing log frame, results framework, risk assessment and stakeholder analysis for programme design
∎ Ability to think and execute tasks strategically
∎ Sound problem solving and analytical skills
∎ Inquisitive, adaptive, ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Ability to work across cultural and gender diversity, persons with disabilities
