∎ Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance/Accounting or any relevant discipline from a recognised university/ institution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular field visits to review financial documents and supporting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Prepare and submit Financial Monitoring Reports and facilitate discussions to address key financial findings and recommendations.
∎ Coordinate to generate financial monitoring outputs, respond to audit queries, and produce accurate financial management reports.
∎ Provide technical support to strengthen financial documentation and ensure donor-specific reports are accurately prepared and submitted on time, in full compliance with donor and BRAC requirements.
∎ Monitor donor budgets, financial policies, and compliance requirements.
∎ Review financial records including cash books, vouchers (debit, credit, transfer), ledgers, bank statements, reconciliations, and payroll, ensuring accuracy in tax and benefit calculations.
∎ Examine procurement procedures, fixed assets and stock registers, and verify that Tax and VAT deductions from payments are correctly calculated and submitted to the Government Fund.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Job Purpose: This role involves ensuring financial compliance, accountability, and oversight across projects by following BRAC’s policies and donor guidelines. The Deputy Manager will also support financial monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness to ensure smooth programme operations.
∎ Key Responsibilities
