Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of ERP accounting software
Coordinate with internal departments and external software vendors
Analyze business processes and customize ERP solutions accordingly
Ensure smooth data migration, testing, user training, and system go-live
Monitor post-implementation performance and provide necessary support
Prepare documentation, reports, and implementation progress updates
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
Hands-on experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments
