Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To formulate digital solutions by designing customized digital products & developing digital interventions with client-oriented solutions.
∎ To explore and work on new digital platforms to serve new clients & benefit existing clients.
∎ To coordinate and manage internal & external MFS partners, including bKash, BRAC IT, and teams within MF to ensure projects are effectively implemented on time.
∎ To work closely with technical integration of projects & re-checking the process when needed.
∎ To ensure staff capacity and onboard them with digital projects for better feedback.
∎ To remain focused on client benefits while designing & implementing projects & analysing client feedback to improve the system.
∎ To cover financial inclusion while designing, implementing and generating leads for more financial growth.
∎ To ensure the proper delivery of the designated projects at the right time aligns with relevant stakeholders.
∎ To actively participate in conferences, workshops and do field visits to create a better and practical understanding for ensuring human-centric design, also knowledge management of all the activities regarding the role.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ To develop and implement digital interventions to assist microfinance programme to optimize process, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs while ensuring programme’s long term sustainability and establish digital ecosystem that will support microfinance clients to adapt better to the changing digital landscape of the microfinance sector.
∎ Key Responsibilities
