Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate and organise different types of training (both offline and online) for programme staff and community level stakeholders using appropriate methods & techniques.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly training plans and conduct training needs assessment.
∎ Develop a training pool by proving TOT and ensure the quality of training
∎ Support to develop new training courses and manuals based on training needs.
∎ Prepare training and capacity building materials for programme stakeholders
∎ Evaluate training sessions/courses, and regular follow up with the participants
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly training report & send it to respective supervisor.
∎ Collect, preserve & use related necessary information related with training and capacity building.
∎ Participate actively in different forums (Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar etc.) for self-development.
∎ Co-ordinate with outside the Programme / Department & within the Programme /Department.
∎ Any other relevant assignments required for the programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Deputy Manager, Capacity Building for the Social Empowerment and Legal Protection (SELP) programme. In this role, you have to conduct capacity building and training initiatives on women empowerment, legal protection, community mobilisation and addressing VAWC issues. The position will also analyse the training needs of both programme staff and community for quality programme implementation.
∎ Key Responsibilities
