Job Context:
∎ Report to: Head of sales & Marketing
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Deputy Manager -Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
∎ The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have three years proven experience in the following business area(s): LPG Industry or similar sector.
∎ Proven working experience in business development as a Deputy/ Assistant Manager or a relevant role.
∎ Expert knowledge about Business Development, marketing, and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Previous experience in Business Development.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
∎ Skills Required : Related Field.

Salary: Negotiable
