• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in at least 3 years in BACH, IBCM & Payroll Operation

• Excellent ability to lead and mentor junior officers and contractual staff

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication, decision-making, and report-writing skills.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and analytical integrity.

Job Grade: Principal Officer to Senior Principal Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in following up & process of all type of cheque process, BACH-EFTN process, RTGS Process

• Assist in salary process & disbursement of payroll customer request

• Office GL reconciliation, Bank reconciliation of Nostro accounts maintain with another Bank.

• Deduct BACH charge/ Cheque rejection charge from client

• Assist in follow up and process Non MICR Cheque.

• Assist in following-up & ensure RTGS outwards Inward & Return to Bangladesh Bank End.

• Assist in communication with different Banks and own Branches for BB reporting and communication.

• Ensure delivery of proper MIS and key inputs to division head for any decision-making process
