Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of door sheets extrusion & fabrication. The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the output quality.
∎ We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.
∎ The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements and fulfill organization’s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan, organize staffs, and direct the manufacturing operations ensuring profitability.
∎ Capable to preplan job assignment for individual machines and workforce to optimize resources for maximum production at minimum time and wastage.
∎ To make ensure product reliability, quality, safety & strength from existing performance whilst developing maximum capabilities.
∎ Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials etc.
∎ Analyze various processes/applications and recommend modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Appraise the prevalent production systems/ processes, identify loopholes if any, and undertake result-oriented measures for alleviating them.
∎ Implement processes for cycle time reduction, low-cost automation, auditing manufacturing time, and finding new methods to reduce manufacturing time.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines for product manufacturing as per sales team demand
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in the plastic industry will get preference.
∎ Deep knowledge of production management.
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
∎ Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing process.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
