Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
    • Masters
  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent.

  • Master’s degree in related field will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the Garments Industry (IE & Planning).

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role (Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM).

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent command over IE tools, Planning systems, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/Planning software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Industrial Engineering & Planning to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IE & Planning Department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop production capacity plans, line layouts, and manpower allocation based on order requirements.

  • Oversee time & motion study, SMV calculation, line balancing, and method improvement.

  • Prepare accurate production planning and monitor execution to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Analyze Target vs. Actual output and take corrective measures for achieving business goals.

  • Work closely with Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to align production schedules.

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

  • Train and mentor IE & Planning teams for skill development and organizational growth.

  • Report to top management regarding performance, efficiency, and production strategy.
