Experience:
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent.
Master’s degree in related field will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the Garments Industry (IE & Planning).
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role (Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM).
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
Excellent command over IE tools, Planning systems, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/Planning software.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Industrial Engineering & Planning to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IE & Planning Department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop production capacity plans, line layouts, and manpower allocation based on order requirements.
Oversee time & motion study, SMV calculation, line balancing, and method improvement.
Prepare accurate production planning and monitor execution to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze Target vs. Actual output and take corrective measures for achieving business goals.
Work closely with Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to align production schedules.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
Train and mentor IE & Planning teams for skill development and organizational growth.
Report to top management regarding performance, efficiency, and production strategy.
