Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned area.
∎ Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
∎ Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
∎ Identify potential areas for business expansion and provide recommendations to management.
∎ Lead and supervise the depot sales team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
∎ Provide training, guidance, and motivation to enhance team performance.
∎ Set sales goals for the team and monitor individual achievements.
∎ Supervise depot staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
∎ Foster teamwork and ensure effective communication within the department.
∎ Ensure proper stock management and availability of products at the depot.
∎ Oversee logistics, delivery schedules, and coordination with the team.
∎ Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to dealers and distributors.
∎ Monitor logistics costs and suggest cost-effective solutions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular stock audits.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement and sales team to ensure optimal stock availability.
∎ Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report for necessary action.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, sales, and depot operations.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
∎ Report any operational challenges or discrepancies to the respective department
