Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline ( Preferred MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, CSE, Economics) from any UGC approved universities.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistically, efficiency and quality
∎ Interest and experience in clinical data management. Good understanding of and experience in clinical data flow and data management concepts.
∎ Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases and data systems
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and write ongoing reports
∎ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
∎ Develop, validate and guide preparation of reports and analysis on a regular basis; introduce new analysis modality, validate with the head of unit and implement accordingly to generate quality reports
∎ Short term and long-term strategy development with the objective to generate customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities
∎ Ensure development of automated process, job functions or techniques for quick analysis; check and control different database access for the team members and data sharing with other departments
∎ Extract the maximum amount of valid information content from the multidimensional analyses and obtaining and presenting the business insight with recommendations
∎ Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
∎ Reporting back on your findings and suggesting solutions.
∎ Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
∎ Consulting with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
∎ Provide guidance to the team mate for development and career planning and provide effective and inspiring leadership to team by ensuring adequate resources for achieving performance goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of relevant experience in the field as Senior Data Analyst
∎ Strong Knowledge in ERP/Oracle/ SQL server/Teradata
∎ Strong Knowledge in BI tool like Tableau/Micro Strategy etc
∎ Advance knowledge in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint
∎ Must have the capacity to work under pressure.
∎ Analytical ability and detail-orientation.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills
∎ Strong knowledge in Dashboard Development & Business Analysis
∎ Strong knowledge on industry insight and dynamism
∎ Business Communication and presentation skills
