Responsibilities & Context:
Provide all types of reports regarding cutting quality to concern department as well as Management;
Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ Production Manager/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work;
Monitor received fabric as per plan;
Attend PP meeting and implement quality guideline;
Maintain the `SOP of Cutting` strictly;
Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard;
Properly understand buyer`s cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA;
Responsible for cutting process & procedure as per buyer`s quality parameters or requirements;
Accountable for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting quality activities;
Pre-cutting procedure follow up properly (Such as GSM, fabric relaxation, shade separation & shrinkage test etc.) Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem solving and smooth operation of cutting section;
Keeping control over worker and staff and maintaining manpower budget.
Ensure materials are cut to the correct specifications, minimizing waste and maximizing cutting production with quality.
Track and review the cutting department output and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and addressing them.
Work with CAD/CAM section for decreasing wastage and maximizing marker efficiency.
Keep inventory control over the cutting tools such as straight knife cutter, automatic cutting machine and spare parts/ consumables.
Keep follow up with finished fabric store for material availability in package form.
Any others tasks assigned by management from time to time.
