Responsibilities & Context: As a Customer Support Executive at OrenMart.com, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects our brand values of trust, quality, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate product information and guide customers in purchasing decisions.
Handle order confirmations, payment verifications, and delivery tracking updates.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Assist in preparing customer service reports and feedback for management.
