Role Description:

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role at Krayon Hub in Mohakhali DOHS with flexibility for remote work. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Reply to comments and messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate pricing information by using our portal.
  • Keep track of customer interactions and report weekly in-office.

Location: Remote (4 days) + 2 days at office (weekly reporting)

Duration: 3 months (with potential for a full-time offer based on performance)
