  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure effective performance.

  • Developing plans aligned with the unit’s goals and ensuring their execution.

  • Maintaining high standards of quality in all operations and services. 

  • Create regular progress reports.

  • Analyze performance and suggest improvements.

  • Address challenges quickly and effectively. 

  • Make decisions to keep operations running smoothly. 

  • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. 

  • Help solve customer problems or complaints effectively. 

  • Give accurate information about products or services. 

  • Guide customers in understanding features, pricing, and processes. 

  • Ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently. 

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. 

  • Document issues and solutions for future reference. 

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 

  • Provide updates on issues or requests they’ve raised. 

  • Stay polite, calm, and helpful in all interactions. 

  • Represent the company positively at all times.
