Responsibilities & Context:
Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure effective performance.
Developing plans aligned with the unit’s goals and ensuring their execution.
Maintaining high standards of quality in all operations and services.
Create regular progress reports.
Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
Address challenges quickly and effectively.
Make decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Help solve customer problems or complaints effectively.
Give accurate information about products or services.
Guide customers in understanding features, pricing, and processes.
Ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Provide updates on issues or requests they’ve raised.
Stay polite, calm, and helpful in all interactions.
Represent the company positively at all times.
