Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years in airline ticket reservation, visa processing, customer service, or telesales
• Expertise in OTA platforms and portal maintenance
• Strong communication skills

• Air Ticket Reservation, visa processing and OTA expert.
• Book, issue, reissue, refund, and void air tickets.
• Must know visa processing knowledge.
• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Communicate with clients over the phone.
• Promote and market our services.
• Stay updated on airline promotional offers.
• Make sales calls.
• Office Time: Full-time (10 AM - 5 PM)
• Workplace: Office-based in Banani, Dhaka
