Key Responsibilities
Handle all customer service calls and messages professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and questions as quickly as possible.
Maintain shipment notices and update customers regarding their air and sea shipment status.
Follow up with air shipment and sea shipment customers regularly.
Manage courier service needs — identify customers who require courier service and ensure their courier is processed properly.
Maintain clear communication with customers and support them throughout the shipment process.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
