Key Responsibilities
Handle all customer courier services across Bangladesh.
Respond to customer inquiries about their delivery as soon as possible..
Maintain accurate delivery records, including tracking which customers need courier service from Dhaka office to other cities.
Ensure goods are dispatched quickly through appropriate courier agents.
Follow up with air and sea shipment customers and update them on shipment status.
Record daily updates on which customers’ goods have been delivered and which are pending.
Communicate regularly with the management team regarding delivery progress and any issues.
Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure excellent service experience.
