Key Responsibilities

• Handle all customer courier services across Bangladesh.

• Respond to customer inquiries about their delivery as soon as possible..

• Maintain accurate delivery records, including tracking which customers need courier service from Dhaka office to other cities.

• Ensure goods are dispatched quickly through appropriate courier agents.

• Follow up with air and sea shipment customers and update them on shipment status.

• Record daily updates on which customers’ goods have been delivered and which are pending.

• Communicate regularly with the management team regarding delivery progress and any issues.

• Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure excellent service experience.
