∎ Post-Graduation without having 3rd class/division in the academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees and charges.
∎ Open new accounts/Closing accounts.
∎ Promote bank's products and services.
∎ Identify customer needs.
∎ Refer customers to appropriate banking services and representatives.
∎ Payment procedures of instruments as per bank's policy.
∎ Proper calculation of depreciation, and maintenance of fixed asset.
∎ Working knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS.
∎ Check Balance of cash daily before closing of vault.
∎ Maintenance of various register related to cash.
∎ Help resolving problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts.
∎ Timely preparation & sending of CTR, STR, torn note, AML and other works related to Cash Department.
∎ Proper maintenance of locker.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Provide hassle-free qualitative service to the customers.
∎ Possessing polite and business friendly attitude.
∎ Good understanding of the needs of customers.
∎ Multitasking orientation.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to attain target oriented performance.
∎ Sound computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in any branch of the Bank.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills both in Bangla and English.
