Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation in Commerce/MBA/BBA from any UGC approved local or reputable foreign universities with no third class or equivalent in any certification.
∎ At least 10 years of uninterrupted service experience in Branch Banking operation with at least 5 years as Branch Manager in reputed commercial banks.
∎ Sound knowledge in Islamic Shariah based Banking.
∎ Strategic business planning with large customer base and strong recovery ability.
∎ Corporate Designation may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates.
∎ Qualifications & Other Competencies:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve business budget - assets, liabilities, operating profit and other targets of the branch.
∎ Maintain strong relationship through effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Establish network to improve the visibility and reputation of the branch within the community for creating Brand Awareness and forging deeper business relationships.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources in order to improve the operational excellence, efficiency and productivity of the Branch as per set KPI.
∎ Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
∎ Ensure all reporting are done complying with all regulatory compliance and timely manner.
∎ Foster congenial relationship, motivate, guide and counsel all the team members of the branch to attain business objectives
∎ Should be keen to grow the retail, SME, Corporate products and card business.
∎ Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including branches, other zonal offices, and head office.
∎ Recommend business proposals to the competent authority.
∎ Continuously monitor and follow up with clients on compliance issues and ensure business covenants.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the competent authority of the bank.
