Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve individual set target across the different segment viz; corporate, Retail, TSC, Syndication, SME, Agri, Green Banking and financial inclusion in terms of assets and liabilities.
∎ Constant effort to broaden the customer base in the respective segments.
∎ To achieve revenue target by upholding the quality of lending portfolio.
∎ To optimize profitability vis-à-vis minimization of cost to create business sense in every transaction.
∎ To manage slow moving assets and classified portfolios through continuous follow up and recovery.
∎ To scout non- funded business-oriented clienteles.
∎ Develop strategies to identify suitable sectors for financing by taking market and keep updated industry information.
∎ Develop strategies to identify discouraging sectors for financing by taking market and industry information and fixation of risk appetite.
∎ Keep market information of the customers.
∎ To ensure utilization of limit of existing customers of respective segment by following up regularly with team members to make business transactions profitable.
∎ To ensure that documentations are fully perfected.
∎ To attempt to increase the limits of performing customers to increase the business share.
∎ To keep in constant touch with the market.
∎ Liaising with the Branches, TSC, CAD to ensure satisfactory customer service.
∎ Raise early alert on time to notify the deterioration of different accounts.
∎ To identify deterioration of financial condition of the customers and raise early alert on time.
∎ To capitalize on cross-selling opportunities with all business segments.
∎ To drive, motivate and inspire respective team members to achieve their planned business activities and targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Multitasking orientation.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Sound computer literacy.
∎ Good negotiation and presentation skills.
