∎ Minimum Graduation having no 3rd class/division in the academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies and answering queries.
∎ Informing customers about bank's products and services.
∎ Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
∎ Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
∎ Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in the bank vault.
∎ Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
∎ Handling currency, transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner.
∎ Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
∎ Following bank's all financial, security regulations and procedures.
∎ Working knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS.
∎ Check Balance of cash daily before closing of vault.
∎ Maintenance of various register related to cash.
∎ Timely preparation of CTR, STR, torn note, AML and other works related to Cash Department.
∎ Proper maintenance of locker.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding of the needs of customers.
∎ Multitasking orientation.
∎ Cash handling experience and on-the-job training are required.
∎ Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
∎ Basic math and sound computer literacy.
∎ High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
∎ Good behavior and mannerism will be treated as additional quality.
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla and English.
