∎ Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Dial the pre-selected/assigned list of customer numbers as per guideline.
∎ Provide prompt and accurate sales “pitch” as per requirements. And share the dialing report as required by the internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure attendance within roster schedule and fulfill the work assignments daily basis.
∎ Reach the provided listed number customers and achieve the business goal.
∎ Share the project details/objectives/ customer’s benefit as per management approved pitch.
∎ Ensure proper and right approach of conversation with all the customers.
∎ Always answer to queries in a friendly, enthusiastic and polite tone.
∎ Complete and up-to-date product knowledge of all cards and retail products.
∎ Proactively provide product and service information to customers as and when requires.
∎ Participate and secure pass mark (minimum 80%) in the Monthly Quiz that is based o product knowledge & system/resource handling.
∎ Always adhere to bank’s CoC, CRP and other guidelines, policy and processes. Based on unplanned leaves, late/swap on duty, misuse of resource & utilities, uninformed break, CRP compliance.
∎ Work with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and consistent customer service. From sales of card products: Flexi loan and Outstanding EMI
