∎ 4 to 7 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Bank/NBFI experience will be more preferable
∎ Good Communication skill is needed
∎ Team lead will be added advantage
∎ Job related Skill Requirement:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving periodical collection Target.
∎ Monitoring the teams overall performance.
∎ Sending letters to the overdue clients for their overdue payments.
∎ Making daily collection report and submitted to Line Manager.
∎ Physical visit to overdue classified account clients. Guarantor and Referrer and making visit report and submit to Supervisor/Line Manager on daily basis.
∎ Finding out of the reason for the delinquency of the default borrowers and if there is any kind of early signal, reporting to the line Manager.
∎ Physical visit anywhere in Bangladesh of chronic clients and Mortgaged Asset.
∎ To repossess/warrant execution of Vehicle & Lease Finance Assets.
∎ Determine account Plan /Exit /collection Strategy for OD clients.
∎ Maintain relationship with Law enforcement teams and, Third party Agency’s.
