Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To sell Home Loan, Car Loan and other retail products.
∎ Manage sales matrix along with finding potential customers/market.
∎ To visit corporate houses and Developers to acquire potential customers.
∎ To visit customer and collect all the required documents.
∎ To verify the authenticity of the documents.
∎ To prepare complete application files and submit for approval on daily basis.
∎ To track self-performance – target vs. achievement on regular basis.
∎ To collect market information regarding new features on Retail business.
∎ To collect information regarding customer’s demand dynamics.
∎ Coordinate with line Manager.
∎ To collect the market intelligence.
∎ To monitor the repayment of Loan.
∎ To raise the early alert report as per policy.
∎ Cross-selling of retail product.
∎ To sell Home Loan, Car Loan and other retail products.
∎ Manage sales matrix along with finding potential customers/market.
∎ To visit corporate houses and Developers to acquire potential customers.
