Role Context
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to drive business growth within Cash Management & Transaction Banking. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate and institutional relationships, increasing liability balances, promoting transaction banking solutions, and delivering exceptional client experience. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide customized cash management solutions that address clients’ operational, treasury, and digital banking needs.
Acquire and manage corporate and institutional relationships to expand liability balances, CASA deposits, and transaction banking business.
Promote and onboard clients onto Cash Management & Transaction Banking solutions, including collections, payments, liquidity management, and digital banking services.
Drive business growth by achieving assigned targets for deposits, revenue, fee income, transaction volumes, and portfolio profitability.
Deepen client relationships through regular engagement, business reviews, and proactive identification of cross-selling opportunities across the Bank’s products and services.
Coordinate client onboarding, solution implementation, and service delivery by working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable solutions for clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/KYC standards, and internal policies while maintaining proper documentation and due diligence for all relationships.
